On what felt and looked like the first day of the summer, I wasn’t out in the baking heat of Ennis or Thurles yesterday but up in a studio in Montrose in RTÉ. 

Of course you’d always prefer to be watching the action live than looking at it on a big screen, but there are a lot of advantages as a pundit and analyst in being in a studio. Because you’re completely detached from the all the emotion.
