Padel 100 hitting winners as the sport conquers Ireland — and making daytime padel 100% free nationwide
Padel 100 is raising finance to develop 300 padel courts nationwide by December 2027. Padel 100's €5 million EIIS B-Share raise is focused entirely on funding covered, all-weather courts.
Ireland is set to become one of the world’s fastest-growing padel markets, with 300 courts planned nationwide by December 2027.
Padel 100, the Irish company leading this rollout, has launched a new €5 million EIIS investment raise to accelerate its expansion — offering 50% income tax relief to early investors before 10 December 2025, and 35% thereafter once the company formally begins trading.

But what makes Padel 100 truly stand out is its groundbreaking free-access model.
From 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, every Padel 100 court in Ireland is completely free to play. Bookings are made through Playtomic as normal, but players pay absolutely nothing. With more than 150 courts already confirmed, this will provide over 150,000 free hours of padel every year to local communities, schools, students, shift workers and social groups nationwide.
“We’re doing something no other operator in Europe has done — making daytime padel 100% free,” says Ben Keohane, CEO and founder of Padel 100. “As other venues charge €50–€60 per hour, we’re opening the doors. Padel should be accessible, not exclusive. This model builds participation, supports communities and grows the sport properly.”
Planned installations are progressing at a rate of up to 12 courts per month, with 100 new courts scheduled by April 2026. More than 40 venues across Ireland have already been secured, including schools, colleges, GAA clubs, soccer clubs, hotels, golf clubs and community sports grounds.
Padel 100’s rollout is supported by strategic partnerships with Acenta Group (Sweden) – finance, logistics and manufacturing; NXPadel (Italy) – world-class fibreglass courts; and Playtomic – global padel booking platform.
These partnerships ensure Ireland will receive some of the most advanced and durable padel infrastructure in Europe.
By 2026, Padel 100’s national network is forecast to host more than 800,000 annual player sessions and generate over €11 million in revenue, with further expansion planned.
Globally, padel continues to surge, with 7,000 new courts built in 2024, a 92% player retention rate, and Olympic inclusion edging closer following recent recognition by international sporting bodies.
The EIIS structure offers investors:
- 50% income tax relief for investments made before 10 December 2025;
- 35% relief thereafter;
- 40% fixed return over 4 years;
- Full capital repayment in Year 4;
- Optional conversion to equity for long-term upside.
Padel 100 is currently valued at over €10 million, less than a year after launching, with investors drawn from logistics, finance, construction, technology, and professional sport.
“Every single court we install gives away over 1,000 free hours per year,” Keohane explains. “That’s more than 100,000 free hours already committed — and 150,000+ free hours once we reach full scale. We only charge during evening and weekend peak hours. Daytime is for the community.”
Schools also benefit from free installation under the company’s Schools Programme. Padel 100 installs courts at no cost to participating schools, giving students exclusive use during school hours, while the company recoups its investment through public bookings outside school times.

“Padel is a sport built on energy, health, inclusion and community,” Keohane says. “It shouldn’t be something only people who can afford €50 or €60 per hour can play. Our vision is to make padel Ireland’s most accessible sport — and still maintain a strong, profitable business model. Our investors love that dual purpose: commercial strength with genuine social impact.”
With more than 100 active investors, many now supporting site introductions, sponsorships, school connections and logistics, Padel 100 has built one of the most engaged investor networks in Irish sport.
