THE buyer of No 18 Thornton Park will have an advantage over the neighbours: it’s on the biggest site in the Whitegate estate.

“It’s on about quarter of an acre, which is a very large site for an estate property,” says selling agent Kyle Kennedy of Hegarty Properties.

Even better, that large corner site faces south-west and to make the most of the aspect, the couple living there added a rear sunroom over the course of their two dozen years at No 18.
