Out of all 29 houses in the Elden development on Maryborough Hill in Douglas, No 17 probably has the best view of Cork Harbour.

Recently listed with a guide of €595,000, the three-bed semi and its adjoining neighbour are the only two houses situated at the end of the cul-de-sac estate facing the harbour.

The high-level demand for Elden properties can be seen from the fact that a ground level two-bed apartment at No 68 went for €392,000 in January, just seven years after it sold as a new build for €275,000.
