THE new owners of this modern detached house at 21 Wyndgates, in Maryborough Ridge, Douglas won’t have a lot to do because it’s already been stylishly redecorated by its owners of just three years.

“They have given it a contemporary finish — it’s been repainted and re-floored and has a new front door and wall panelling in several rooms,” reveals Stuart O’Grady of Sherry FitzGerald who is guiding the four-bed at €585,000.

Built in 2005, the house is one of 22 detached homes in Wyndgate and is in a cul de sac, circa 2km from Douglas Village.

Since buying it in 2021, the owners have laid oak herringbone flooring throughout the ground floor, fitted alcove units in the sitting room, lightened the colour of most of the interior walls, and painted the doors on the ground floor dark grey.
