If you don't feel like faffing around in the kitchen this Easter, The Metropole Hotel in Cork City has launched a specially curated menu using locally sourced ingredients. The dishes are designed to reflect the seasonal flavours of Easter such as Slow Roasted Leg of Irish Spring Lamb and Hot Cross Bun Bread and Butter Pudding — yum — and no fighting over who's doing the dishwasher.
