WISH LIST: Back to the future with retro chic

1. Get ready for a blast from the past with Aldi’s retro design-tech.

This home phone is €19.99 and it even has a bell ringer. The phone plugs into a standard phone socket and comes with push-button dialling and redial.

Choose from two styles of the phone — 1960s style phone available in duck egg blue, grey or cream, or the antique-style phone available in cream/chrome.

They’ll be available in Aldi stores from Thursday, October 18 while stocks last.

2. Connie O’Kennedy, formerly of the Paint Pot, has taken a new direction and she’s now working on an online antique shop.

Willow Antiques specialise in finding unique and rather wonderful furniture and collectables.
