Dermot O’Neill and Seamus O’Brien will be at Tourin House and Gardens on Saturday, July 25, for a Waterford Garden Trail event which includes a guided walk through the gardens of the history-steeped Jameson family home in Cappoquin, Co Waterford. 

The event starts at 11am; with admission of €30 for a day ticket. The fee covers two illustrated talks, a garden tour and light lunch, tea/coffee. Tickets are available now from Lismore Heritage Centre and credit card bookings are also open by phoning 058 54405.

The event is one of the last on the Waterford Garden Trail summer programme 2015 and Kristin Jameson said it will be a fun and interesting day with plenty of time for visitors to discuss and ask two of Ireland’s most distinguished and experienced gardeners their own questions. Beatrice Hartog of Conna Flower and Garden Club was demonstrating at Fermoy Flower and Garden Club in the Adair Hall earlier this week, offering advice on managing plants and arrangement skills.
