Green light for 450 Cork homes in major urban expansion zone

Cork County Council has approved plans for 452 Midleton homes, comprising 219 houses and 233 apartments 

The project consists of 452 homes, supported by resident amenity facilities, a single-story crèche and all ancillary site development works.

Plans for an ambitious housing project spanning more than 450 homes in Midleton have been approved by Cork County Council.

Developer Sean Walsh has received the green light for a large-scale residential development at Water-Rock in Midleton, which he said would be delivered on a phased basis.
