Plans for almost 250 homes in Cork City have been appealed to An Coimisiún Pleanála following a positive bid for the development from City Hall.
Bridgewater Homes was given the green light last week for 246 homes on a 13.5-acre site near Bishopstown, located across the road from another large-scale residential scheme.
