Outdoor seating area of popular Dingle pub appealed to planning commission by local property owner 

In his objection, Mr Moriarty said his concerns relate to a single-storey structure erected a few years ago “without planning permission.” 

A popular Kerry pub seeking to retain its outdoor dining and beverage area has had its case appealed to the planning commission by a neighbouring property owner.

Murphy’s Pub, located on Strand Street in Dingle, sought permission to retain an existing structure along the eastern gable of the pub, which is currently used as an outdoor seating area for the business.
