An Bord Pleanála has refused permission for a residential development in Coachford after it was deemed a “poor design concept” for the area.

Developers TFT Construction Limited were unsuccessful in their application to Cork County Council to construct 45 new homes at Glebe and Knockaneowen, Coachford, with An Bord Pleanála siding with the planning authority following its appeal.
