The 430 sq ft unit has been vacated by Electric bar owner Ernest Cantillon’s cafe Yellow Sub.

Offers are sought for cafe and/or retail use by Rob Coughlan of Cohalan Downing by September 25, for a four year and nine month lease. Mr Coughlan, who located Bean and Leaf at Grand Parade/Oliver Plunkett Street last year, declined to comment on rents, likely to be in excess of €20,000 pa.
