The park, on Dublin Hill just off the main N20 Cork-Limerick/Mallow road in Blackpool about two miles from the city centre, runs to 155 acres. Occupiers include Flex/Flextronics, Yves Rocher, MGS, SE Systems, and Collins Print & Packaging.
Previous occupier Option Wireless employed up to 300 here up to 2009, when it announced an extra 145 jobs, but within a year it reversed employment trends, and shed most employees.
Newly up for sale, and with an option to lease, the modern, c 28,000 sq f high-specification industrial facility vacated by Option is primarily a detached single-storey building, with part two-storey office block with meeting rooms, canteen and air-conditioned offices, all on a site by the Kilbarry Park’s entrance, on three acres.
