The last high-priced sale recorded at Caragh Lake involved Glounagillagh House, a 5,500 sq ft property with 11 acres of land which was sold by Catherine McAuliffe of Savills and Edmond O’Donoghue for €1.29m million in June 2014 to a US buyer.
