The Cork city centre base of 100% Irish-owned electrical retailer, Soundstore, is up for sale as an investment.

Offered at €1.3 million is the three-storey building at 92 Oliver Plunkett Street, which has retail over ground and first floors, and has an annual income of €112,000 pa.

It is one of six Munster outlets of the 1995-established company, the others are in Wilton, Blackpool, Waterford, Limerick and Tralee.
