Plunge into luxury at Killaloe, Co Clare
Buyers who would like to wish away the next few months of ice, rain, and cold, might easily imagine spending lazy summer days watching boats sail by from the gardens of this large Shannon- side property near Killaloe.
Originally built in the 19th Century, Cloonfadda House has a high level of creature comfort and quite a substantial number of features which are designed to induce a state of relaxation.

Outbuildings include a garage as well as a shed.
Auctioneer John Phelan, s eeking offers of €650,000, says it is getting good attention because of its location and views. “The setting, just 2.8kms from Killaloe is tranquil and the views of lower Lough Derg and the Shannon are breathtaking.”
Since going on the market on Christmas week, Cloonfadda House has been viewed by both local and overseas buyers. Mr Phelan says there have been some early bids which are close to the asking price.
