THERE’s a great site and amount of garden on offer at the winsomely-sounding Woodbine Chateau, on Cork City’s southern suburban Pouladuff Road, near UCC and the Lough.

Briefly on the market back in late autumn 2014 guiding €280,000, it returns for sale as the early daffs start to pop up in gardens, and as a new crop of home-hunters go on the prowl.
