Waterford’s Marina Hotel is up for sale

Waterford city’s Marina Hotel has been put for sale, guiding €3.2m with agents Christie + Co. The same agents offered the 54-bed Shannon Court Hotel at €1.1m in May of this year, also for Frontline Asset Management Ltd.

The 1998-developed, three-star Waterford Marina Hotel is by the River Suir 1.7km from the rail station and has been in the same ownership for 17 years.

The hotel has 81 bedrooms, riverside bar and restaurant, a theatre-style function room as well as on-site parking for 70 cars.
