Now, the same Global Properties agent is selling the Arches Bar in Carrignavar village, five miles north of Cork city and the suburb of Blackpool.
It’s a 2,500 sq ft premises with three-bed private accommodation above.
The Arches is guided at €295,000, and trades well, Mr Nagle indicates.
He adds he is due to list another bar in the Bandon/Innishannon area shortly at the c €300k price mark.
