Four capital bars on market from €1.5m to €3.5m

Agent John Ryan of CBRE is selling the freehold interest in the 14,000 sq ft Café en Seine by the Mansion House, the Dragon and the George, both on South Great Georges Street and all three are individually guided at €3.5m. The fourth bar, Howl at the Moon, is near major companies like Google at Mount Street, and is priced at €1.5 million.

Interest is expected from Dublin and other Irish publicans and overseas, with chains like Weatherspoons likely to have an interest in several of these top capital bars, all in strong locations. They are for sale by private treaty, with best bids sought by July 4.
