A restaurant-building investment, in the belly of Cork City’s food district, the Huguenot Quarter, is for sale, with three tenants in all, including a long-established eatery, the Strasbourg Goose.

Four Dublin city bars, part of the former Capital Bars Group, are for sale for receivers RSM Farrell Grant Sparks, with Des O Dwyer, guided at €12m all in, and with a combined annual turnover of €13.5m.
