Twenty lots at tempting prices at Munster Property Auction

May 7 will see the range of properties auctioned in the Rochestown Park Hotel at what’s said to be ‘realistic reserves’, and at prices from €59,000.

The 20 lots include a small multi-unit investment at 352 Blarney Street, with rental income scope of €1,500 a month between two one-beds and a two-bed, guiding €89,000 all-in for agent Property Partners Matt Fallon, holding promise of a 20% pa return if fully rented.

In north Cork, an unfinished house at Mayne, Milford, near Charleville seeks bids on a €59,000 reserve, in partnership with local agent Ted Sheehan. On a half acre site, it will have four beds, with one en suite.

And, out along the Lee Valley, at the Model Village, Dripsey, Heffernan Estates have the 1,000 sq ft three-bed semi at 29 Millview Terrace for auction in walk-in condition, guiding €79,000.
