It might be set lower down, physically, within the four-storey Clonakilty apartment block called Conniebeg House, than the last two sales here, but Apt No 3 has a higher asking price: €75,000 is sought by agent Martin Kelleher.

He says the 770 sq ft first floor apartment with two en suite bedrooms in the modern, stone and slate-fronted block is in immaculate order. A smaller unit, No 7 on the top floor, sold for €60,000, says Mr Kelleher, and he sold No 8 in 2012 for €65,000. Now, he has No 3 under offer at €72,000.
