There’s surge of early interest in 6 Kenley Crescent — because there’s so little else in Cork City’s western suburbs for families wanting a four and five bed detached home.

Auctioneer Jeremy Murphy sold an old-style farmhouse-like five-bed on Curraheen Road before Christmas for €405,000, and now he guides this more modern option at an even €400,000, and says he’s immediately busy with viewings.
