Famed Waterford pub could be music to the ears of buyer

Dark, warm, historic and the perfect tourist draw, T&H Doolan’s public house in the centre of Waterford city is due up for auction shortly.

Once owned by the Clancy Brothers, Doolan’s is also one of the oldest pubs in the country and the premises dates back 800 years to early Norman times.

Famous as a music venue, (Sinéad O’Connor began her career here), the premises is now up for auction through Sherry FitzGerald John Rohan on March 5.
