Ideal trading-up purchase in Bandon

Modest facade belies spacious interior with four/five bedrooms and above average finish, reports Rose Martin

A PERFECTLY symmetrical dormer, this detached house at Coolfadda, Bandon, Co Cork, has a lot of elements to make it a good trading-up buy. Located in the town, and therefore a short distance to schools and shops, it’s on the market with Damien Murray of ERA Paddy Murray Auctioneers, for offers in the region of €299,000.
