Previously trading as Salvado’s Bistro (and whose chef/proprietor has since moved to Dromquinna Manor), the three-storey building has 845 sq ft at ground level as a self-contained business entity, along with first and second floor residential accommodation. While there’s an existing kitchen area, it now requires installation of full kitchen equipment.

Selling agent is Brian Olden of Cohalan Downing in Cork City, and it has a guide of €250,00 prior to auction.
