Being offered to lease is No 7/8 High Street, a mixed use redevelopment in Wilton, adjacent to the Wilton Shopping Centre, 100 yards from the CUH’s main entry point. The hospital campus employs around 3,500, and has close to 1,000 beds, with many tens of thousands of out-patients visiting annually.
