CONCEIVED as a bit of a dream country property project, this Kilmagner ‘estate’ house has a bit to go before it accommodates new occupants.

Built around 2008/09 to what was going to be a high overall specification, and standing on 15 acres with a pond/lake, work stopped when the shell and structure was weather tight.
