The last house set on a huge, coastal site, the decision to build the 4,400 square foot house must have been taken on the basis that a newer dwelling would do justice to the priceless location.
Designed by Bill Brady of Hill and Co and built to bomb-proof standards, this house hogs every last ray of sun with its glazed, south-facing aspect. And if it appears slightly familiar, then it’s because it last appeared on the market nearly five years ago, but the downsizing owners were reluctant to leave the location. Small wonder.
