ALTHOUGH its name now means my home in Aborigine, Wahroonga at Bridgetown in Skibbereen is still a very traditional west Cork cottage.

Renovated and renamed in the last three or four years by currents owners, it does have a newly added non-traditional feature, an attractive decked veranda at the rear.

Inside the single storey property has been nicely upgraded and includes a small tiled kitchen with country-style units and a Belfast sink, as well as two oak-floored living rooms with fireplaces.
