€400,000 knocked off the original price

THREE years ago, three houses tucked away at Cedar Grove, off Waterford’s Dunmore Road went up for sale, designed by local architects Fewer Harrington Lawlor, and sporting asking prices of €680,000.

Now two of them are left to sell, via receivers Kieran Wallace and Barry Donoghue of KPMG, with prices shaved down to €280,000 — that’s with €400k knocked off the original price.
