IT’S normal with new builds to get in as many bedrooms as possible – even if they’re not required.

That probably has something to do with our less prosperous and more overcrowded past or, the fact that price levels are pitched on bedroom count.

It’s good value at that, but there is the small matter of a half hour’s commute to the city, but for those who live to drive, or those working in Macroom, or other areas of mid Cork, it’s a doddle.
