Newly listed for sale with Johnny O’Flynn of Sherry FitzGerald auctioneers is Killinear, a mature bungalow home within an easy walk of the city centre, just off the Boreenmanna Road by the Glenanaar Bar.

He guides it at €315,000, which he says reflects the current property market reality, and it previously had been on the market with different agents at the start of this year, with a €450,000 price tag attached to it.
