Cleve Hill home is on the up

CLEVE HILL hasn’t appeared on the radar of most house buyers, but give it a year of so, and that will change.

Howard Holdings are set to build a clutch of high-end houses at this enviable address on the Blackrock Road in Cork: expect them to be priced around the €2 million mark, for the best of the bunch on the six acre/€10.7m plot.

Up to now, Cleve Hill has had less than a couple of dozen mid-1900s homes, and many are showing their age. A few have had considerable makeovers, and the few that sold in the past year for the mid to late €500,000s will now get the expensive makeover treatment.
