A settled, southside suburb is about to get a new, funky, modern triangle goin’ jingle, jangle, to the tune of €1.2m.

An unexpected extra to a suburban four-bed semi-d at Dundrum’s Weston Grove is the adjoining corner garden site, with full planning permission for an unusual triangular house, designed by the acclaimed architect Tom de Paor.
