Located in the north Cork village, now a dormitory suburb for Cork city, the houses offer great value for money compared to Glanmire and Watergrasshill, says selling agent, Conor Lynch.

The agent, Property Partners Barry, is looking for €365,000 and €370,000 for the two four-bed units and expects them to sell fast.
