Market to decide at Tuloch Beag

IMMEDIATELY before College Corinthians football grounds on Donnybrook Hill, Cork, is this new development of just three houses called Tuloch Beag.

Recently finished and with PC sums and reduced stamp duty for buyers, these properties are being released without a fixed price.

That means the market will decide the eventual value and the more interest there is, the higher the eventual selling price.

However, the starting point is given at €595,000 through Paul Reid of Sherry FitzGerald’s new homes division.

Smart dormers with au courant Rational windows, these houses have just over 2,000 square feet of space and plenty of living room.

There’s a large lounge running the width of the ground floor, a television room on the opposite side and a large kitchen/dining room with utility. The staircase is set at the back wall of the house which means there’s a generous entrance hall with guest bathroom and cloakroom.

Unusually for a dormer, all four bedrooms are on the upper level along with two en suites and one main bathroom.

There is gas heating and fully finished sites and driveways.
