Czech out development potential of Prague Ville

PRAGUE is a property hot spot for Irish investors, and so too can good interest be expected in the more locally-sited bungalow Prague Ville.

But, this mightn't be the end of spending here: first, bidding will be brisk, because of the settled location so close to the city centre. Secondly, it needs modernising, and thirdly, there may be further development potential so someone might choose to go for a more macro route than just smartening up.
