Generous houses

PHASE Two of the Páirc na gCrann scheme in Glanworth, Co Cork, is being launched this weekend. The showhouse for the scheme is open today and tomorrow from 2pm to 5pm.

On hand will be Paul Scannell of Keane Mahony Smith to offer three and four-bedroom, semi and semi-detached houses starting at €227,000 each.

And sizes are generous, with detached and semi-detached three-beds at 1,176 square feet and the larger four to five-beds peaking at 1,642 and pitched at €315,000.
