Ashleigh has the right appeal

DETACHED houses around the corner are making €1.2 million a pop, so the €600,000 guide on Ashleigh looks manageable by comparison.

Set in Limetrees Road off the Rochestown Road, this detached 2,100 sq ft home is pitched at the Douglas trading-up market in Cork.

It comes for sale just as the Sale Agreed signs go up on two close neighbours on the Rochestown Road, which hit the late spring market under the €1 million mark but have found buyers closer to €1.2 million apiece.
