ONE of the most in-demand estates in Carrigtwohill in Co Cork, Rocklands is a 69-house development which was built to a high standard about seven years ago.

Already there have been 15 viewings for 47A Rocklands, says Mark Gosling of James G Coughlan and Associates, who gives a guide price of €255,000, but expects that to bid up, based on the viewing figures.
