Two top spots go up for sale

ORIGINALLY marketed last year as serviced sites with a choice of house types, two plots in the Limeworth Development at Carigrohane have been developed by builder Peter Tiernan, and are ready to sell.

According to Frank Walsh of O’Mahony Walsh, the detached houses represent very good value for their size and location.

The largest, a five bedroom house with three bedrooms ensuite is priced at 470,000 euro while the four bedroom detached, (also with three bedrooms ensuite) is for sale at 410,000 euro.
