Two homes left in Faha scheme

KILLORGLIN is booming - that’s according to Mark Hussey of Kingdom Properties. The auctioneer says the combination of major employment bases in the area, as well as its position close to Killarney, has seen a marked increase in new housing there over the last number of years.

Mark has just two houses left in two separate developments in Faha and Killorglin from a total of 17 units.

The remaining houses at Meadow Vale, outside Killarney at Faha are selling at €380,000 and include high spec finishes, four bedrooms and quality kitchens.

Pier Cove is a development of nine, detached houses at Ballymacprior, Killorglin and the two properties left here are selling at €252,5000,.

Overlooking the river Laune, these detached, stone-faced houses are a mile from Killorglin, near Ballykissane Pier.

Again, these properties come with four-bedrooms and include fittings like wardrobes, kitchens and fireplaces.
