Southside development offering a range of styles

ESTATE agent Tim Sullivan will have his hands full on viewings at Brickfields.

While he is currently selling one-bed apartments and three-bed duplexes at the Cork scheme on Skehard Road, another whole cohort of home-hunters will be looking further up the site, to where eight four-bed, detached houses are to be built.

Brickfields is a handily-located southside development on the start of the Skehard Road, just beyond the Well Road, which taps into several suburbs, including Douglas, Ballintemple, Beaumont and Ballinlough. The site tucks into a hill, and the eight detached 2,000 sq ft houses will crest the hill, yielding views of Mahon golf Club and the Douglas estuary.
