Scheme will incorporate Muckross House in design

BUNROWER Court, on the Ross Road in Killarney is a mix of townhouses and apartments on the site of a land agent’s dwelling, formerly part of Muckross estate, and the plans incorporate the original house into the design.

The developers, Mossie and Donal Cronin, have flanked the totally renovated estate house with two similar townhouses and they are to develop a three storey block of apartments, in a similar style to the rear.

With just three townhouses and a total of five two-bed apartments on offer, this is a niche development in an area where planning is stringent, says Michael Coughlan of Sherry FitzGerald.
