Located at Knockraha, four miles from Glanmire and a 15-minute spin northeast of Cork city, the single storey, split-level house was designed with its site’s southerly aspect in mind.

All the main living rooms are to the front, on the lower level, with light flooding into the lounge, dining room and kitchen, and there’s a long narrow conservatory or sun room added on to the southerly face as well.
