Size doesn’t matter in Kinsale
A cat-swinging pad on Chairman’s Lane, one of the oldest parts of the historically marinated town, it’s on the way to Desmond Castle, the former French prison now converted into a wine museum. How very Kinsale.
One of the most photographed houses in Kinsale, according to Pam Norris of Sheehy Brothers, there’s further irony in that she is now selling the smallest house in the town having sold the largest, and most expensive, in February.
For the consideration of a mere €4 million, Ms Norris sold Pallace Wharf, a 5,300 square foot restoration of an old fish store at Scilly Dock. The Mansion House doesn’t hide its little light under a bushel; in startling yellow and blue, it comes with a living room, kitchen, shower room and a first floor bedroom which leads onto a sunny deck.
And all for €260,000.
