LIKE the Britvic drink, 55 Seven Oaks in Frankfield gives a little bit extra.

A bit of added fizz in popular development

Britvic 55 is the orange drink with a bit of added fizz, and the housing equivalent is a four-bed semi with a bit on the side a bit of extra space, that is.

The 1990's built house, in a popular Brompton Homes development in Cork's Frankfield suburb, fringes Douglas, with the ring road network and Kinsale Road roundabout hub nearby.

Its extra selling point is the double gates giving rear garden access, so it is ideal for anyone with a hobby needing space perfect for trailers, boats, jet skis, caravans or vintage cars needing a bit of extra security and protection.

Selling agent is Peter Skuse of Cahalane Skuse auctioneers, who has it active at its €370,000 guide level in the first week of going to market.

The corner site gives it a slightly bigger garden than the norm at Seven Oaks. And there's lots of parking in front as the garden is practically fully paved: there's a make-up amount of grass behind, as well as a decent-sized patio.

The house has a hall, living room, dining room off the kitchen with patio access, kitchen, utility, TV room or optional fifth bedroom, and four first floor bedrooms, one with en suite, plus main bathroom.
